3. STRANRAER COMMON GOOD FUND - APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - REPORT BY DIRECTOR COMMUNITIES.

Members are asked to (1) note the sum of £1,300 free income for 2016/17 which is available for disbursement as detailed at paragraph 3.2; (2) note the £5,095 underwrite funding which was not required from the Through Our Eyes organisation and which now forms part of free funds currently held, as detailed at paragraph 3.3 - 3.4; (3) agree to allocate the amount £5,095 to the current free income available for disbursement as grants which would increase the sum of free income available for disbursement in 16/17 to £6,395 or agree to retain the fund in the overall cash balance; and (4) consider the application for financial assistance as detailed at paragraphs 3.6 and 4.1 – 4.3.
