3 WHITHORN COMMON GOOD FUND - MONITORING TO 31 AUGUST 2015 - REPORT BY HEAD OF FINANCE.

Decision

 

NOTED

3.1     the receipts and expenditure to date were in line with the forecast outturn;

3.2     that a grant of £500 had been paid to date; and

3.3     the forecast suggested further grants totalling £1,232 could be made.

 
4 WIGTOWN COMMON GOOD FUND - MONITORING TO 31 AUGUST 2015 - REPORT BY HEAD OF FINANCE.

Decision

 

NOTED

4.1     the receipts and expenditure to date were in line with the forecast outturn;

4.2     a grant of £265 had been paid to date;

4.3     the forecast suggested further grants could be made totalling £289 which included the funds of £127 as detailed in 4.4 below; and

4.4     the information in relation to the title for Wigtown Bowling Club and the cost of £127 for the legal Search of title;

4.5    AGREED to investment £12,000 in a 3 year fixed term deposit account with Scottish Widows at 1.4% and the further £8,000 to remain in the status quo at 0.4%.
