4 PUBLIC FORUM

Decision

4.1     NOTED the concerns from a member of the public surrounding the report by the Chief Executive to the Full Council meeting of 18 December 2014 'Shape of the Council - Proposals and Change Programme' on whether members of the public would be consulted on the reshaping of the council as we move forward; and FURTHER NOTED that the report referred to included the streamlining of senior management, that it presented the opportunity and scope to reduce layers of management within the organisation hence increasing spans of control.

Decision

NOTED that there was no other business deemed urgent by the Chairman due to the need for a decision.
