4.1 that there is currently a revenue deficit as outlined at 3.4 of the report and as detailed in the actual financial outturn 2016/17 in Appendix 1 of the report of £2,260 and it would be necessary to reduce the amount held in balances to compensate;
4.2 that there is a forecast revenue credit of £1,042 available for disbursement as detailed in Appendix 1 of the report for 2017/18;
4.3 CONSIDERED the request for financial assistance as detailed in Appendix 2 of the report LCGF 71 Lockerbie Men's Shed of £3889.97, having regard to the decision of this sub-committee on 12 May 2009 paragraph 3.6 of the report as there are insufficient funds available to fund the application in full and AGREED to fund the forecast available balance of £1,042 or if insufficient funds from capital balances;
4.4 AGREED to place a moratorium on future funding applications for the rest of 2018 to Lockerbie Common Good until Lockerbie Common Good Funds financial position is clarified;
4.5 to Ward Officer Annandale North to explore options for setting a framework with regards to capital funds being utilised for future applications as described in 3.7 of the report; and
4.6 to Ward Officer Annandale North to request Property Services to undertake a rent review of Lockerbie Golf Course for 2018/19 and a subsequent report to be presented to a future meeting.
