4 POLICE COMPLAINTS COMMISSIONER - SECTION 35(1) OF THE POLICE PUBLIC ORDER AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE (SCOTLAND) ACT 2006 - COMPLAINT REFERENCE PCCS/00185/10/PF - D & G - REPORT BY THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE AND CLARK TO THE POLICE AUTHORITY

AGREED

 

4.1   having considered and scrutinised the conclusions of the Police Complaints Commissioner's report, ref PCCS/00185/10/PF - D&G, that the responses on three of the recommendations were appropriate and proportionate;

 

4.2   APPRECIATING the Force's position on the Commissioner's conclusion that it had given the applicant "a reasonable impression that he was locked in an interview room", that a further report be received on the outcome of further discussions with the Police Complaints' Commissioner
